Pulls calls from the phones and systems you already run

A summary tells you what happened. Anodes AI tells you what the call was for, and why it fell short.

Most call tools stop at a paragraph per call. Anodes AI measures every call against the outcome it was meant to produce, and turns the misses into problems you can fix.

Your operation, mapped

Anodes AI learns why your team picks up the phone.

Every organization calls for reasons. Anodes AI learns yours from the calls themselves: the scenarios, what goes into each one, what a good outcome looks like. It reviews them with you before it judges a single call.

Anodes AI drafts the map from your first day of recordings. You correct it in a ten-minute review; nothing becomes canon until you say so.

A scenario is defined by what the caller should walk away with, not by the words the rep is supposed to say.

Orders, billing, support, sales: the same model, so a problem that spans queues shows up as one problem.

Intended outcome
Customer leaves with a ship date they can trust.
Actual outcome
MissedShip date promised without verification
AGENT 00:17"It'll definitely go out this Friday, guaranteed."
Why it mattersUnverified promise on an order that has already missed one date.
CUSTOMER 00:26"That's what I was told twice already. If it's not here by Monday I'm cancelling."
Why it mattersExplicit churn threshold with a date. Third broken commitment on this account.
Every call, measured

Nothing is marked as missed without the words that prove it.

Each call is assigned to its scenario and judged against that scenario's intended outcome. A miss carries at least two quotes with a speaker and timestamp, and a one-line reason. If the transcript doesn't support it, it doesn't ship.

Not "low score." The outcome wasn't reached because the rep couldn't verify inventory. That is a cause, and a cause is what you can act on.

Two or more quotes per miss, each with who said it and when. A rep can contest it; the quotes settle it.

If a line only looks wrong in text, like a spelled-out name or a number read back, it isn't a miss. A listener would find it normal, so does Anodes AI.

Problems, not tickets

One missed call is a note. Fourteen is an operational problem, and Anodes AI names it.

Misses that share a cause cluster into one problem, across reps, queues and accounts. Anodes AI proposes the fix, routes it to whoever owns it, and keeps measuring the outcome rate until it moves.

Six reps describing the same gap six ways land in one problem. The cause is what's clustered, not the phrasing.

Every problem ships with a recommended change to process, tooling or script, and an interim step for tomorrow morning.

The outcome rate for that scenario is watched after the fix. If it doesn't rise, the problem stays open.

Setup

Live the same day.

No forms and no six-week implementation. Connect a source, correct what Anodes AI learned, and get your first ranked problems before the week is out.

RingCentral or Twilio by webhook, Google Drive, SFTP, or drag in a folder of recordings. Anodes AI starts transcribing immediately.

From the first day of calls Anodes AI drafts your scenarios and what each should achieve. You approve, rename or merge them. Nothing is used until you say so.

Ranked by how many outcomes they cost, each with quoted evidence and a recommended fix. Most teams ship their first fix in week one.

Security

Built for calls you can't afford to leak.

Recordings are regulated data. Anodes AI treats them that way from the first byte.

Designed around your calls
HIPAA support available

Built for regulated call data. SOC 2 in progress.

Encrypted end to end

AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit, recordings hashed on receipt.

Team access you control

Invite the people who should see calls, revoke them when they leave. Nothing is shared by default.

Versioned and human-approved

Every scenario and intended outcome is versioned, and a person signs off before it is used to judge a call.

Questions

What ops leads ask on the first call.

How is this different from the call analytics we already have?

Most tools give you a summary and a score. Anodes AI first learns why your calls happen and what each one should achieve, then measures every call against that. A miss is tied to a cause, causes are grouped into problems, and each problem comes with a fix and a number to watch.

What do we need to connect?

A call source: RingCentral or Twilio by webhook, Google Drive, SFTP, or a direct upload, and optionally a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) so actions land where your team already works.

How long until we see our first problem?

Anodes AI drafts your operation map from the first day of recordings; you review it in about ten minutes. The first ranked problems usually land the same week, each with quoted evidence and a recommended fix.

Can we change what Anodes AI thinks a good outcome is?

Yes. You approve every scenario and intended outcome before it is used, and you can edit them any time. Reps can dispute a missed outcome, and the quotes are there to settle it.

How is call data handled?

Recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit and hashed on receipt. Access is limited to the teammates you invite. HIPAA support is available; SOC 2 is in progress.
